Fix 4 CodeRabbit findings on merged PR #13556 + bump publish-failed package versions. New branch off main, new PR, linked to ALL-2335. 1. Constrain ActionRef.params to JSON-safe values (board-header-types.ts) 2. Align board.more doc contract (edit mode also uses it) 3. BoardChrome view/edit switch — per PRD, ask Artem before removing (heavy lift, scope-expanding — flag, do not auto-remove) 4. Fix primaryActions not actually collapsing into overflow on mobile 5. Bump edges-boards package.json 0.1.0->0.1.1 and edges-blocks-page package.json 0.3.0->0.3.1 (previous publish failed: cannot republish same version)
