PR #15150 — fix CI (codegen validation) on SolarEdge V2 connection flow

PR #15150, branch BOLT-2027/dashboard, base BOLT-2026/domains-device. CI Type Check + Build were red at the codegen step: the SolarEdge V2 GraphQL surface (solarEdgeFleetAuthorizations / completeSolarEdgeFleetAuthorization) is not yet on the deployed supergraph, so committed @generated types failed live-gateway validation and aborted codegen. Fix: converted to the repo frontend-ahead-of-backend pattern (inline gql + local types in useSolarEdgeMonitoringApiV2.ts, added to codegen.ts exclude list, deleted the .graphql doc, reverted lib/@generated to composed output). Also fixed exactOptionalPropertyTypes error in SolarEdgeV2ConnectionFlow. Pushed ca48674. All CI green as of 13:2x UTC. Awaiting Slava merge approval + CodeRabbit review. NOTE: functionally blocked on backend — SolarEdge V2 subgraph must ship before the flow works (TODO(BOLT-2027) in the hook).
