Richie corrected scope 2026-08-07: BOLT-1526 must be implemented in apps/dashboard, not apps/admin. PR #14126 was closed as wrong-surface work. Re-enumerate the dashboard device-detail/tag callsites and ship a clean dashboard-only replacement PR; do not reopen or retarget #14126.
