BOLT-1268 P3 — address Richie review feedback on PR #12204

4 pieces of feedback on PR #12204 to fold into one commit: 1. Move status badge to end of header actions (pair with View report button). Currently it appears flush-left after the title which looks odd. 2. Rename View in Reports → View report (button label only). 3. Drop the Net Grid Energy KPI tile from Event Details (Enrolled Sites + Overall Response Rate stay). Reports is canonical for grid energy; the values do not line up between the two views, which is confusing. Also remove the data hook (useEventGridEnergyBatch / totalExportedGridEnergy / totalGridEnergyLoading) since nothing else uses it on this page. 4. Always show the Actions section regardless of event status (currently hides on completed). The Actions list is what users need to recall the charge/idle/discharge schedule after the fact. Change gating from (draft || pending || active) to ALL statuses. Same PR #12204, same branch.
