Fixed the CI-blocking Biome import-order error in the hard-delete backfill service and pushed 40b8aa2 to the existing PR branch. Local Biome check of the changed file passes; CI and CodeRabbit restarted. Continuing to inspect actionable feedback.

Addressed CodeRabbit findings and pushed 015a030: reject invalid calendar dates, add optional bounded limit with explicit 120s transaction timeout, and emit device.deleted events after successful deletes so identity claim cleanup runs. Also added date-bound tests. Full domains/device Biome check passes; CI and re-review restarted.
