Add device links to Solridge enrollment CSV

Follow-up to BOLT-1864. Grace requested adding a link to each device in the current 22-row Solridge CSV. Read-only: resolve each enrollment to its current device and workspace, append a device URL column, validate the export, and deliver it in the existing Slack thread.
