PR #13124 follow-up (successor to 80cc82c6): watch CI + address remaining review threads

SUPERSEDES: 80cc82c6-2cac-4f89-93a6-eaa6dc311b73 (poison-pilled at 2026-07-14T19:15:51Z on lease expiry). CHECKPOINT: commit 4d692dd959 pushed with (1) edges-blocks-grid tsup drops redundant jsx compilerOptions override (fixes TS7016 for @texturehq/edges via rollup-plugin-dts module resolution); (2) auth invite client removes inner try/catch swallow so useEffect .catch() runs (restores DeepSource TCV-001 line 87 coverage). Also merged main for stefan/smoke-allowlist-posthog-proxy-noise (posthog CORS noise allowlist). CI STATE on 4d692dd9: Shadow path-filter/turbo-affected PASS, deploy/Smoke PASS, DeepSource TCV apps/auth PASS. Sole red = pre-existing test-identity-domain EADDRINUSE flake in createAppAuthenticationSession.test.ts (unrelated to this PR, not user-owned). Rerun blocked by fleet App token: 403 Resource not accessible by integration — needs Carson or identity team to rerun. Dashboard coverage was pending at last check. LEASE-MISMATCH DISCIPLINE (per LEARNINGS 2026-07-15): this is a long-lived CI-watch task. Emit progress event + implicitly renew lease every heartbeat while active. If lease dies again, POST fresh successor with checkpoint reference to this task ID. DoD: (a) #13124 merges, or (b) new review comments require code changes and I push them, or (c) rerun-permission blocker persists >24h and I surface it in July 16 standup body.
