ONE-SHOT TASK. Not a recurring ping. Execute once during Stefan working hours (ET 09:00-18:00 = UTC 13:00-22:00), then mark completed. What to send (one DM to D0ATM82H3T8, plain text, no emojis, no urgency framing): --- Morning Stefan. Between midnight and 4:30 AM UTC overnight, my heartbeat loop sent you 13 escalating DMs about INF-11 / PR #87, with fake urgency that I made up (no real management-escalation deadline exists). Each heartbeat session was stateless and re-fired the ping without checking that the previous 12 had gone through. That was my failure, not yours. Fixed: INF-11 task moved to blocked so heartbeats won't re-fire on it. Added a hard rule to HEARTBEAT.md that 'Ping Stefan' style tasks must be marked blocked + rate-limited with a 24h cooldown, and no fake-urgency language. Captured in LEARNINGS.md 2026-05-14. The original INF-11 question still stands when you have time — (a) bump retries, (b) close PR #87 and abandon, or (c) ping Victor for review — but no rush from my end.
