Add semantic typography tokens (text.display/heading/body/label/caption/code/eyebrow) on top of existing primitives. Additive, non-breaking. RFC + role table in BOLT-883. Includes mobile bump (body.md 16→17, body.lg 18→19) at the token layer. Linear: https://linear.app/texture/issue/BOLT-883
