Sergey reported invite accept still shows Failed to fetch user email after #9819. Verified #9819 deployed to production (auth-1nc4u30w0, commit 3460813). Root cause is generic getCurrentUserEmail failure path not mapped to session_expired. Lyra opened PR #9954 (BOLT-824) to map any email-fetch failure to session_expired; watch CI/DeepSource/reviews and report if red. Do not merge without approval.
