Follow-up to Grace’s F0BKC0SETFH reference ID reconciliation. Use the supplied sample bulk-upload template headers and include only the nine previously safe VEC reference-ID matches. Preserve source contact/address/device fields, add a transparent note where the verified email maps to a different canonical platform name, leave programSlug blank, and do not run import/enrollment.
