ALL-2335: Remove BoardChrome mode switch

CI failure triaged: stale unused Button import in BoardChrome. Remediation commit ff10b2489ab5511b8a007160686e473ed0e5ec94 pushed to PR #13571 head branch. Local @texturehq/edges-boards build passes; 31/31 scoped tests pass. Fresh CI checks are queued/running.

CI remediation complete: BoardChrome Biome formatting commit ebda793662 pushed to PR #13571. Fresh CI run 29771988146 is green; all required checks currently pass. PR remains open and awaiting required review.
