Fix CI and CodeRabbit feedback on PR #14028

Slava explicitly requested remediation for PR #14028. Inspect every failing CI log and unresolved CodeRabbit review thread; make only valid scope-contained fixes directly on the existing PR branch. Use a dedicated worktree; set required git identity; run mandatory package lint before each push; commit with Co-authored-by: Slava <[email protected]>; push; monitor CI and CodeRabbit until all checks are green and all valid feedback is resolved. Do not merge.
