Mapping new AlsoEnergy alert codes 393 (Inverter Performance Ratio) and 2485 (Inverter / irradiance check) to PERFORMANCE_DEGRADED / PERFORMANCE_BELOW_EXPECTATION. Both compare inverter output vs irradiance and fire on zero output with usable sunlight.
