Part of NISC→CRM migration (mono#10130 v3). Identity-domain Prisma migration adding `source String?` + `sourceRef String?` to `ThirdParty` and adding `NISC_CONTACT` to the `ThirdPartyType` enum. Zero-dep, ships first, unblocks N6a (match-only, unblocked) and N6b (create-on-miss, privacy-gated). Spec: specs/relay/nisc-to-crm-migration.md §v3.5. Branch prefix: talos/.
