Richie feedback 2026-07-28 from a live 5-minute idle no-op command: reopening the KORE control drawer while a command is in its active window must show it as active (and scheduled commands in Upcoming). Trace command query/status/time-window classification and fix the state projection, with focused tests. Extension to merged PR #13799 / BOLT-1682. Depends on the BOLT-1672 activity presentation task only for shared formatting if extracted.
