BOLT-773 — Nick flagged #E5E2DC / beige surfaces in the brand style guide (style-guide-reference.html and colors_and_type.css). Collapsing neutral-100/200/300 + downstream bg/border/state tokens to Linen (#FAF7F0). Light theme only.

Pushed follow-up commit e48d6cf4 restoring palette-derived Graphite@alpha for neutral-200/300 + border-input. All CI green: Lint, Unit, E2E, Type Check, Build = SUCCESS. PR MERGEABLE, awaiting Nick review. 2 remaining MED Bugbot comments flag bg-hover/bg-selected = bg-muted and chart-wrap .axis line using border-default — both touch the original design philosophy and warrant Nick review before further changes.
