Fix uppercase GridStatus inverter mapping bug

BOLT-2011. The inverter config in packages/device-config/src/configs/inverter.config.ts uses uppercase GridStatus keys (ON/OFF/...) while domains/device/prisma/schema.prisma and subgraph.lock.graphql use lowercase enum values (on/off/...). Fix the mapping and add a contract test. Subtask of the long-standing carry-forward backlog.
