#bugs thread C079JB43ENA/1779812885.886029: Richie flagged merged PR #11181 addressed the long transaction wrapper; follow up on Talos nuance that findOrCreateCanonicalContactByEmail catches P2002 inside a tx then reuses the aborted tx. Make canonicalContactEmail claim insertion conflict-safe/add tests, additive to #11181.
