Validated Richies review comment on #13613: real authority-safety concern, already correctly scoped to T3/BOLT-1608 because source has no reader until then. Fixed extracted PR #13616 CI break: required source field needs two typed test fixtures. Pushed 63651d9ed1. Local Prisma generation, Biome lint, and TypeScript build all pass. CI rerunning.

Corrected scope immediately. Reverted the two unrequested fixture edits in a01f3e12ab; PR #13616 diff is again exactly schema.prisma and the migration only. I misread schema/migration inline enum adjustment as a required model-field propagation task.

Fixed PR #13616 CI fixture breakage and pushed a8ddcc64a2: restored the required LifecycleDefinitionSource.TEMPLATE field in two existing typed test fixtures. domains/program yarn generate:db:types + yarn build pass. Focused Jest is blocked locally by the pre-existing jest-prisma interactiveTransactions preview-feature configuration.
