ALL-761. Build and run Common Grid seed after DB schema is real and crm service deploy path exists. Use COMMONGRID_API_KEY from Doppler domains-crm; live API verified 3133 utilities. Victor clarified OAuth Management API key exists in Agent Secrets as exact item Texture API Management Key; standard Texture API key is REST only and should not be tested against GraphQL me resolver.

Atlas confirmed relay.texturehq.com is live/healthy: OAuth client/env set, GraphQL URL set, CRM subgraph federated via PR #10103, Sentry APPS-RELAY-3 resolved. Orgs list will populate after ALL-761 CommonGrid seed.

ALL-755 is Done. Updated PR #10097 to use Common Grid cursor pagination after live dry-run revealed offset is ignored; dry-run now fetches 835 co-op utilities across 9 pages with 0 failures. PR marked ready; CI pending.
