memory/standups/ has no Sat/Sun files going back to April 2026. Confirm whether Daily Standup cron is weekday-only by design or silently failing on weekends. Steps: 1) openclaw cron show 3d6638a5-4bda-406b-9ede-bb72a5f6c0a6 to inspect schedule expression; 2) if weekday-only by design, document in HEARTBEAT.md so heartbeats stop questioning Sat/Sun absence; 3) if 7-day schedule but silently failing on weekends, update .blockers.env cron-gateway-scheduler-intermittent entry and escalate.
