Addressed two post-rebase CodeRabbit findings and pushed 2d1f435b3e194f09966c5d907c38b66f3429f5fb: explicit claim→parse ordering assertion plus repository candidate loads now covered by operation failure telemetry. Targeted suites: 5 passing / 47 tests; admin route suite locally blocked on missing generated Prisma client. CI restarted.
