Fix CI failures on PR #11871 (edges-blocks metrics)

PR #11871 (feat(edges-blocks): metrics.kpi contract + agent runtime + Asset Studio inventory) has widespread CI failures from June 8th: - Lint failures in multiple workflows - Type check failures - Build failures - Unit test failures - All Vercel deploys failing Actions: 1. Pull latest main into the branch 2. Run turbo lint/typecheck/test locally to identify root cause 3. Fix all failures 4. Push fixes and verify CI passes 5. Notify in #website when ready for review MANDATORY progress beacons: PATCH this task with status: in_progress every 3-4 minutes while working.
