Four bugs reported by Richie. Command drawer: (1) upcoming command windows now show date not just window, (2) armed native discharge gets an Active badge. Ops console: (3) command windows show date, (4) dedup active native discharge schedule vs the command that armed it. PR #15115, branch winston/kore-command-console-date-discharge-fixes. 106 tests pass (3 new), tsc+biome clean. CI watching.
