Addressed Richie review on PR #13735 in fa4bf1df16 and resolved the thread: health cards now evaluate revision-specific healthy values for inverted Rev C status bits and Rev B E-stop (OK=1) polarity. Focused 107-test suite, Biome CI, and dashboard typecheck pass. WATCHDOG indicator noted as a separate follow-up rather than silently expanding this review fix.

Addressed Richie second review in 04845abb2a: removed Rev C idle-ready bit 6 false alert and added LATEST raw TelemetryPoint aggregation for fault/status decoding (instead of 5m AVG fabricated bit patterns). Dashboard: 116 focused tests + typecheck + Biome pass. Device targeted Biome passes; its full local typecheck is blocked by pre-existing generated Prisma drift, no telemetryQuery errors.
