PR #12418 test failure reproduced and fixed at 747605b14a: the WorkspaceProgram integrations test fixture omitted fields that the GraphQL mapper rightly projects as undefined. Replaced it with a complete domain fixture and asserted DTO projection. Local program lint and full Jest suite pass (172 suites / 1,594 tests); pushed and CI rerun is active.
