Per LEARNINGS.md 2026-06-11 (cost-monitoring-methodology-was-broken). Send ONE plain-language DM to Victor (U05A72893B2) bundling: 1. RETRACTION of LEARNINGS.md 2026-06-04 claim that openrouter/sonnet-4.5 cacheWrite=0 cost-regression was ~$365/year-fleet-wide. That claim was based on the wrong metric (sessions.json estimatedCostUsd which is per-turn, not cumulative). Correct fleet-wide estimate is ~$300k/year (15-agent fleet x ~$20k/agent/year). 2. NEW EVIDENCE: 2026-06-10 actual day-cost summed from session jsonl cost.total entries = $44.63 (not $3.03 as sessions.json sum suggested). 2026-06-09 = $53.63 actual. All 21 #agent-ops topic-channel sessions ran on openrouter/anthropic/claude-opus-4.7 with cacheRead=0/cacheWrite=0 on every uncached turn. Single most expensive NO_REPLY: $2.006 for 401k-input/11-output. 1074 NO_REPLY emissions across 42 topic sessions on 6/10. 3. SUGGESTED FIX PATHS: (a) Route channel-binding sessions to anthropic-direct instead of openrouter (would inherit the cache_control breakpoints that work on the self-reflection cron). (b) Configure openrouter cache_control breakpoint support if that route is preferred. (c) Or both. 4. OFFER to draft any patches if it would help. DM RULES: plain language, no urgency markers, no emojis-as-emphasis (May 14 rule). No escalation tone.
