Diagnose stale lastOnline (22d while current telemetry/detail show minutes); make Fault and Alarm Status operator-focused on BESS_STATUS_WORD and BESS_ESTOP_WORD with clear safe/warn/fault visuals, accounting for known BESS_ESTOP_WORD polarity false-alarm bug; minimize schedule readback toward current state and assess showing upcoming/scheduled device commands. Create a clean new PR from main, preserving BOLT-1657 scope.

Pushed 6bb0b1fd2e: 24h now uses FIVE_MINUTES, 7d HOUR, 30d DAY on actual PR #13704 branch; focused single-device view keeps bat_soc in DNP3 trends, fleet view suppresses duplicate individual SOC. Dashboard typecheck + 68 focused tests pass.

Pushed 9391427255 to PR #13704: operator summaries now derive SOC, real power, revision-aware operating mode, and freshness from per-device DNP3 telemetryQuery buckets (latest non-null per metric), not searchDevices DeviceState/ES. Focused 10-test suite and Biome pass. Dashboard typecheck remains blocked by pre-existing missing @texturehq/edges-boards/drag module.
