ALL-1976 frontend swap: MonitorsList consume entityStateBreakdown

Follow-up to PR #12636 (backend Monitor.entityStateBreakdown). Open ONLY after #12636 merges AND device subgraph deploys to prod (verify entityStateBreakdown queryable on gateway.texture.energy). Then: update apps/dashboard/graphql/queries/Monitors.graphql to select entityStateBreakdown instead of statusSummary; update getStatusSummaryText/getStatusVariant in MonitorsPage.tsx; regenerate codegen (lib/@generated); update MonitorsPage.test.tsx + useMonitors.integration.test.tsx fixtures.
