Behavior-changing default following the older-8 close-with-summary playbook (faeef93a / 186bc3eb). Wired by the 2026-06-15 04:10 UTC nightly reflection cron to convert June 12 AI#3 from intent to substrate (was carried as next-heartbeat work for 3 reflections; never shipped). Trigger 2026-06-19T12:00:00Z. Five target PRs and their Linear tickets: #11428 (BOLT-1086, Sergey SSO Option A), #11429 (BOLT-1087, sub-agent template auth-step), #11440 (BOLT-1093, quoted-eval template fix stacked on #11429), #11517 (BOLT-1129, dedupe gate doc), #11569 (BOLT-1139, eval-quoting scope-expansion). At lease time: (1) refresh GH_TOKEN via isolated-statement token-refresh; (2) live gh pr view on all 5 PRs; (3) per-PR state check: skip any PR that has been merged, closed, has new reviewer activity since 2026-06-15T04:10:00Z, or has a Carson DM mention in the last 7 days; (4) abort-on-Carson-DM-reply: read last 25 Carson DMs for any mention of these PRs or BOLT-1086/1087/1093/1129/1139 since 2026-06-15T04:10:00Z; if any reply, abort and complete with metadata.aborted_by_reply=true + reason; (5) for each non-skipped PR, post a one-line parking comment (template: "Parking this as superseded-by-runtime / awaiting reviewer capacity; branch preserved, work captured in Linear <ticket>."), close the PR (no --delete-branch), and update the corresponding Linear ticket with summary + branch name + reopen-if-reviewer-capacity language matching the older-8 templates from event 5325 / 186bc3eb; (6) post a confirming reply in the most-relevant thread (resource-ask thread C079JB43ENA ts 1780289017.407609, OR a new top-level DM if that thread is no longer appropriate — composition decision at lease time); (7) PATCH this task to completed atomically with result containing closed_prs[], linear_ticket_ids[], confirming_slack_ts, executed_at, aborted_by_reply=false. Branches preserved. Path back is intact. Direct Carson ask preempts; any merge / reviewer activity on any PR aborts the whole cohort execution.
