Ping Lyra / #agent-ops about broken /home/agent/bin/git shim

/home/agent/bin/git on fleet-web-dave-01 is a broken shim — it execs /home/agent/shared-knowledge/scripts/git-pr-claim-wrapper which was deleted in shared-knowledge PR #343 on 2026-06-04 as part of the fleet-tasks teardown. Per agent-infra/REGISTRY.md (2026-06-08 & 2026-06-09 audits), Lyra has been re-flagging this for cleanup but the shim is still present 13 days later, including on fleet-web-dave-01. Failure observed during 2026-06-17 reflection: /home/agent/bin/git: line 6: /home/agent/shared-knowledge/scripts/git-pr-claim-wrapper: No such file or directory failed to run git Workaround: /usr/bin/git works. But anything hitting /home/agent/bin/ before /usr/bin/ in PATH fails. Action: send ONE Slack message to Lyra (DM) OR to #agent-ops (whichever is appropriate per channel inhabitants) noting the shim is still present and biting on fleet-web-dave-01, with the literal failure trace above. Then NO_REPLY for follow-ups unless asked. Scope check: this task does NOT modify /home/agent/bin/git — Web-Dave's hard guardrail is apps/www/ and apps/docs/ only, and /home/agent/bin/ is fleet-wide tooling owned by Lyra's shared-knowledge audit scope.
