BOLT-1268 P3 — consolidate Event Details header (drop dup fields, status into subtitle)

Follow-up commit on PR #12204 per Richie feedback at 20:48 UTC. The inner Event Details section duplicates header info (Date / Start Time / End Time mirror title + subtitle). Drop the inner section, promote Actions to top-level, move status badge into header subtitle inline with the time range (e.g. 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM · Completed). Status stays glanceable; right-side action row becomes button-only.
